The office of Hyder Consulting CDC Limited are staffed by expatriate and local professional engineers together with support staff from other Hyder Groups offices in the works and CDC Corporation. Local staff are rotated thought other Hyder offices in Asia to receive training and overseas work experience. Particular project staffing needs can generally be met from the core staff in Vietnam, but where additional resouress or experise are required they are available from Hyders regional and worldwide network of established offices.

CDC has its permanent office at CIC CDC building,37 Le Dai Hanh St. Hai Ba Trung Dist. Hanoi. It is a bid building with 6 stories and CDC owns half of the total floor are(around 750m2). The CDCs office has been designed and equipped with a standard as high as an international office in Hanoi.

In order to cope with the overall and uptodate requirements of civil consultancy services, modern equipment has been installed in CDCs offices with 2 plotters to produce A0 original drawings,1 scanner,2 colour printers,1 Ozarit machine and 4 photocopy machines make various sizes of copies A4, A3, A0, etc... All of CDC staff, engineers and architects are skilled and computer literate Documents and drawings often have to be produced to time scales with are much shorter than normal, however CDC always satisfy the Clients whilst maintaining high quality standards. Traveling purposes of the CDCs Board and staff are served by three 4 seater cars and one 14seater car.

There is a CDC Brach in Ho Chi Minh City to undertake all the projects located in the South. The Branch usually runs its business with effective support from Hanoi Head Office. HCMC Office is equipped with modern equipment such as highspeed computers. Laser printers. Plotters, email. Internet services, etc. And staffed by a flexible team of Architects& Engineers.
